-Email your art work to graphics@plasticfulfillment.com, we send you a PDF proof

-You give us approval and allow us 10 business days to get your product ready and then we ship it. (We can produce in 2-5 business days with a rush fee)

Items are digitally printed with 4 color processes. The printed substrate is laminated between two layers of polyester film, using heat and pressure. The film can be 5 or 10 mil, resulting in a finished thickness of 20 or 30 mil. All of the printing is protected by the laminated sheet.

 

A PDF proof is submitted with an approval form. The approval form must be signed and returned prior to the start of any order. For an additional fee a laminated press proof or a die cut laminated press proof may be provided.

We can produce custom name badges, custom event badges, conference credentials, eco-friendly badges, custom printed lanyards with company name or logo. We have lanyards with breakaway attachments or traditional attachments.

 

Custom badges can display a wide range of personalized elements to fit businesses, schools, and events. Many bar code programs are available. The most popular are Codabar, Codabar Mod 10, Code 39 and Code 128. We also offer variable data printing for personalized products.
