-You give us approval and allow us 8 business days to get your product ready and then we ship it. (We can produce in 2-5 business days with a rush fee)

All items are digitally printed with 4 color processes on 10 mil Teslin plastic sheets. The printed substrate is laminated between two layers of polyester film, using heat and pressure. The film can be 5 or 10 mil, resulting in a finished thickness of 20 or 30 mil. All of the printing is protected by the laminated sheet.

 

A PDF proof is submitted with an approval form. The approval form must be signed and returned prior to the start of any order. For a small additional fee a laminated press proof or a die cut laminated press proof may be provided.

All of the flat sheet items may have sequential or static numbers printed on either side. Many bar code programs are available. The most popular are Codabar, Codabar Mod 10, Code 39 and Code 128. We also offer variable data printing for personalized products.
